Attorney R. Thomas Lowe has joined the law form of Lorch Naville Ward LLC at 506 State St., in New Albany as an associate who will focus on civil litigation.

Lowe earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Regent University School of Law in 1996. Prior to his affiliation with Lorch Naville Ward LLC, Lowe served as judge of Sellersburg Town Court, attorney for Clark County Council, deputy prosecuting attorney and public defender.
