R. Thomas Lowe
R. Thomas Lowe is a native of Clark County, Indiana. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Kelley School of Business, IU-Bloomington. He received his law degree from the Regent University School of Law in 1996.
Tom has served as Judge of the Sellersburg Town Court, attorney for the Clark County Council, Corporation Counsel for the City of Jeffersonville, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Public Defender, Administrator for the Clark Circuit Court, and as member of the Indiana General Assembly Interim Probate Code Study Committee.
He has been involved in the Clark and Floyd Bar Associations and the Indiana State Bar Association.
Tom has served his community as a high school baseball coach, youth baseball and football coach, little league board member, board member for Sellersburg Celebrates, and as a volunteer at numerous historical events as a historical reenactor.
Tom is admitted to practice in Indiana, the Southern and Northern Federal District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
