Olivia G. Schear
Olivia G. Schear is a native of Washington County, Indiana who graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern Indiana in 2020. She received her law degree from Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia, where she ranked twelfth in her class and earned a certificate in family law in 2024. Throughout her law school career, Olivia served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”) for the 29th Judicial District of Virginia, advocating for children in the foster care system.
Olivia serves her community as a Guardian Ad Litem in Floyd, Clark, Harrison, Washington, and Scott Counties in Indiana. She focuses her practice on family law, probate, and general practice and litigation. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Olivia is a member of both the Indiana and Kentucky State Bar Associations as well as the Floyd County Bar Association.
