Emily J. Perkins
Emily Perkins is originally from Rocky Hill, Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England University in Springfield, MA and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Louisville. She obtained her law degree from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was admitted to the bar in October 2021.
Prior to her affiliation with Lorch Naville Ward LLC, Emily served over three years as a Staff Attorney with the Indiana Department of Child Services serving the children and families in southern Indiana. Prior to her time with DCS, Emily served in various positions in the legal and social work fields, including as law clerk with the Jefferson County Office of the Commonwealth Attorney in Louisville, KY from 2018-2021.
Emily’s practice is primarily focused on family law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
