Calvin A. Blank
A Terre Haute Native, Calvin A. Blank is in the general practice of law. Mr. Blank earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana State University. During his time at Indiana State, Calvin participated in football where he earned the Missouri Valley Football Conference Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award in 2017.
Blank graduated from the IU-McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 2021. During his time in law school, Calvin clerked at the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, where he assisted the Commission in prosecuting attorneys for violations of the Indiana Rules for Professional Conduct. In addition to his work at the Commission, Calvin served in the Wrongful Conviction Clinic at IU-McKinney under the direction of Professor Frances Watson, where he assisted clinic clients in claiming actual innocence seeking relief in post-conviction and federal habeas proceedings.
Blank was admitted to practice law in 2021 in the state of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern District of Indiana. Calvin is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
