Maxwell W. McCrite

A New Albany native and 2005 graduate of Our Lady of Providence High School, Maxwell W. McCrite has joined Lorch Naville Ward LLC in the general practice of law.  Mr. McCrite earned his undergraduate degree in business finance and technology management from Indiana University, and his law degree from the Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida.  He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in May 2014.

Prior to his formal affiliation with Lorch Naville Ward LLC, McCrite served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Clark County’s 4th Judicial Circuit.  He was a summer intern with Lorch & Naville, LLC in 2012, and also served as a clerk with the 52nd Judicial Circuit in Floyd County, Indiana during the summer of 2011.

McCrite is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Clark and Floyd County Bar Associations.
